I can't claim to be a native Bostonian, I must admit. I grew up with urban lakes, not beaches, and feared tornados and midwest blizzards, not hurricanes and Nor'easters. But I've lived all my adult life here, and I love my second city something fierce. History seeps out of the ground here, past and present swirling together in a way that always surprises me and inspires me every day. My Boston work is inspired by the neighborhoods where I live, work, and explore, the children I work with and their families, the vibrant communities that have welcomed me in to this gem of a city.
I sell the work below in my Etsy shop. In the summer, you can find me selling at the SoWa Open Market in the South End. I'm also selling at a variety of markets over the winter months, click the news section for more info.
